Step By Step Procedure How to Make Hydraulic Manifold Block


STEPS IN MAKING OF HYDRAULIC MANIFOLD BLOCK

1. Making of square or rectangular block for required length [required station/positions]

2. Marking of port /vent positions

3. Drilling of required port/vent sizes & all user ports, after this taping where to be necessary.

4. Surfacing of block for more precession surface where the valve is going to be seated.

5. cleaning of all drilled ports/vents, ensure that there are no burrs/chips/scraps in ports/vents.

6. Blacking or painting of Block.
