Yuken check valve

Check valve : Check valves are two-port valves, meaning they have two openings in the body, one for fluid to enter and the other for fluid to leave. There are various types of check valves used in a wide variety of applications. Check valves are often part of common household items. Although they are available in a wide range of sizes and costs, check valves generally are very small, simple, or inexpensive. Check valves work automatically and most are not controlled by a person or any external control; accordingly, most do not have any valve handle or stem. The bodies (external shells) of most check valves are made of plastic or metal. Technical terminology : Cracking pressure — Refers to the minimum pressure differential needed between the inlet and outlet of the valve at which the first indication of flow occurs (steady stream of bubbles). Cracking pressure is also known as unseating head (pressure) or opening pressure.

Yuken Hydraulic power pack :

Hydraulic power pack : Some power packs are large, stationary units and others are more portable. They have a hydraulic reservoir, which houses the fluid, regulators that allow users to control the amount of pressure the power pack delivers to a valve, pressure supply lines and relief lines, a pump and a motor to power the pump.A hydraulic power network is a system of interconnected pipes carrying pressurized liquid used to transmit mechanical power from a power source, like a pump, to hydraulic equipment like lifts or motors. The system is analogous to an electrical grid transmitting power from a generating station to end-users. Hydraulic Power Unit Design and Operation. A hydraulic system employs enclosed fluid to transfer energy from one source to another, and subsequently create rotary motion, linear motion, or force. Hydraulic power units apply the pressure that drives motors, cylinders, and other complementary parts of a hydraulic system. Uses of power pack :

Yuken hydraulic accessories: Suction Strainer: Pressure Gauge :  Temperature Gauge : Gauge Isolator : Air Blast Type Oil Cooler :  General Information This valve is designed to use when a pump starts to bleed off the air which is enclosed in a suction line or another lines in the system. Instructions: When this valve is used to bleed off the air for pump start, connect inlet port of the valve adjacent as much as possible to the discharge port of the pump. For the purpose of removing the air in the line, install the air bleed valve at the highest point in the overall circuit. In either case, outlet port of the valve must be connected to the tank line and it should be extended under the oil level in the reservoir. Hydraulic Fluids Type of Hydraulic Fluids Petroleum Base Oil : Use R&O (Rust and Oxidation inhibitor) type oils or anti-ware type oils (equivalent to ISO VG-32 & 46).  Synthetic Fluids:

Yuken Modular Valves

Yuken Modular Valves :  Modular Valves are stack type valves, and require no piping. They not only rationalist system build, but they also meet the technical requirements for a variety of hydraulic systems. Stacking systems is a new era in hydraulics. The valves have standardized mounting surface conforming to ISO 4401 and optimum thickness for each size. Any hydraulic circuits can be easily composed by stacking the valves with mounting bolts. The valves can be used widely for hydraulic systems for various industries such as machine tools, special purpose machines, ships and steel mill equipment. Features : 1.Installation and mounting space can be minimized.↚ 2. No special skill is required for assembly and any addition or alteration of the hydraulic circuit can be made quickly and easily. 3. Problems such as oil-leaks, vibration and noise which may be caused by piping are minimized, increasing the reliability of the hydraulic system. 4. Maintenance a
